Continuing our trend of hiring the industryโ€™s best and brightest, weโ€™re thrilled to welcome Giovanni Corvi to the Fizyr team as a vision engineer. As showcased in his thesis, Giovanni has pioneered a more elegant method for robots using Fizyrโ€™s advanced vision AI to intelligently stack items, with little-to-no knowledge about whatโ€™s coming down the conveyor.

Giovanni initially served as robotics intern at Fizyr while also working on his thesis. Now a full-time team member, he works closely with the development and research team led by Ronald Poelman, who also served as one of Giovanniโ€™s thesis supervisors and a member of his thesis committee.
